Required XT Alert™ is a free application courtesy of MarkzWare. It allows you to detect if a QuarkXPress document includes an XTension that is required to open it.
Simply drag either a document or folder of documents over the stand-alone application. You will be presented with a window giving you the names of any required XTensions.

Required XT Alert™ has been extracted from Markzware’s FlightCheck application. FlightCheck is a new stand-alone application that will "preflight" QuarkXPress documents. That is, with FlightCheck, QuarkXPress documents can be checked before printing to ensure that “all is OK.”
FlightCheck is a drag-and-drop application that will show you ALL the information about your document such as: fonts, images, traps, blends, required XTensions, spot colors and so much more! You can preview the QuarkXPress document and its images without QuarkXPress. With FlightCheck you will be able to do a full collect for output including both screen and printer fonts, XTensions, Dictionaries and Libraries.
